Walked in ready @ 6pm 5/19/19 to order...staff acknowledged our existence but never took our order even though the place was empty, went to gyro bros instead (highly recommend)

Food is good . Came here around 550pm Saturday .And the cashier with orange hair was on the phone the whole time. Did not greet us at all.. customer service is obviously not a priority to these young girls

The staff is helpful, the atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. Even when I wasn't particularly craving it, I went with friends and I wanted to stuff myself it was so tasty, especially with the Thai tea. I highly recommend it as one of the best quality places I've ever eaten.

I placed a catering order for a business meeting through the online catering form two days prior to the meeting. I received an online confirmation, email confirmation, and 24-hour reminder email for my order and delivery. The order was never delivered. I called the restaurant to check on the order, the woman I spoke with was very rude telling me that I was talking about a different order, then she put me through to another person. He had to idea what I was talking about, got my phone number and said he would call me back after calling his district manager. After 20 minutes of no returned call, I called back 6 more times with nobody answering. Called another location and was told "oh yeah, that location never picks up the phone." I had a meeting of 15 people waiting for lunch. In the end, the order was never delivered. I called the restaurant 4-5 more times before finally getting through to the first guy I talked to (who never called me back and didn't acknowledge that fact). He told me (1.5 hours after the original delivery time) that they were "going to start working on it." We had already ordered food from another restaurant by then. I asked to cancel it and I'm still waiting to make sure the refund goes through since we had already been charged. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Not a way to run a business.
